Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all RIHOAS tags attached to ensure they remain in brand-new condition during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
